Privacy Policy

PartnerAwesome ("we", "us") operates PredictiveDeployment. This policy explains what personal information we collect through predictivedeployment.com and the PredictiveDeployment app, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive the basic profile information they share (name, email and profile picture). Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as secure hashes.
• Workspace content: what you and your collaborators add to projects, such as questionnaire answers, notes, workbooks, files and change-management plans. When this content includes personal information about other people (for example client contacts), we process it on behalf of the customer that owns the workspace.
• Demo and contact requests: your name, work email, company, role, product interest and message. To prevent spam, we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
• Usage information: sign-in events, records of AI feature use (who used which feature and when), and basic site statistics recorded by our hosting provider (pages viewed, referrer, device type and country).
• Browser storage: we use strictly necessary browser storage to keep you signed in and remember simple settings. We don't use advertising cookies.

How we use information

• To provide, secure and support the Service, including role-based access to projects.
• To send service emails, such as sign-in links, invitations, access approvals and notifications.
• To respond to demo and contact requests.
• To generate AI-assisted insights when you use AI features.
• To prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To improve the Service using usage statistics.

We don't sell personal information and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, the relevant workspace content is sent to the AI model provider that generates the response. We don't use your workspace content to train AI models.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Lovable: application hosting and platform
• Supabase: database, authentication and file storage
• Our email delivery provider: sending service emails
• AI model providers: generating AI responses
• Google and Microsoft: only if you choose to sign in with them
• Stripe: only if you pay by card

People you collaborate with in a project can see that project's content according to their role. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep information

• Account information: while your account is active.
• Workspace content: for the life of your subscription and up to 90 days after it ends (you can request an export during the first 30 days).
• Demo and contact requests: up to 24 months.
• Usage records: up to 12 months.

Backups may keep copies for a limited period after deletion.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights. Email jason@predictivedeployment.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If your information is in a workspace owned by one of our customers, we may refer your request to that customer.

Children

The Service isn't intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We'll post updates on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll notify account owners by email or in the app.
